The intake-to-scheduled-visit loop

The current defining wedge. Every step is operator-visible and auditable.

    Inbound intake

    Email, attachments, and uploaded documents are received as a universal practice-operations channel — not a referral-only inbox.

    Classification

    Each item is tagged with a category (what it is) and a disposition (what should happen next) as distinct dimensions, with operator review and correction.

    Patient and office resolution

    Extracted patient and referring-office facts are resolved against the clinic's records, with explicit matched / unresolved states.

    Referral routing

    Tenant-scoped routing rules assign referrals to the right specialty, provider, or queue, with a visible rationale.

    Scheduling coordination

    The intake-to-scheduled-visit loop closes through eCW scheduling writeback (gated on tenant credentials) and patient SMS confirmation.

    Post-scheduling intake

    After a visit is scheduled, patient document collection (insurance card, photo ID, intake forms) is initiated with a truthful readiness gate.

What Jarvis MD is

  • A workflow layer for healthcare admin teams in specialty clinics.
  • An AI-assisted intake, classification, routing, and scheduling-coordination surface.
  • An auditable, multi-tenant operator product with role-based access control.

What Jarvis MD is not

  • Not an EMR. We integrate with EMRs; we are never the system of record for clinical documentation.
  • Not an autonomous clinical decision system. Operators stay in the loop.
  • Not a universal automation promise. Live integrations are explicitly gated when not configured.

Prior authorization, denial management, and claims modules exist in the platform as later lanes and are not the immediate pilot focus.
